This Calendar is updated weekly. It is, therefore, intended as a guide and always somewhat out of date. Bookings and cancellations occur daily.

Users of the Spartan Room must complete the normal application form for the use of the Spartan Room. Room Reservation is not complete, nor will it be approved, without a completed application (with signature). The room is not reserved until the application is completed. Please remember to cancel, as early as possible, if you are not going to use dates that you have reserved. All Library Policies still apply.

The phrase “All Day,” as used in this calendar, means 24 hours, is not merely during daylight hours. No times may be booked on those days, nor will applications be taken.

Also, when booking dates, remember to allow yourself at least 1 hour before your event for setup, and allow at least 1 hour after for cleanup. (The Library does not have staff time available for setup or cleanup.)

N.B.: On September 20, 2007 in a regular meeting the Library Board voted to limit profit making enterprises to one meeting per month in the Spartan Room. Questions concerning this policy should be directed to the Library Director’s attention.

· Dates in red are those dates that the Library, itself, will be closed. The room may be booked on those dates.

· Dates in green are those dates that have some bookings.

· Dates in black are those that presently have no bookings.
