The applicant agrees to observe and follow the rules of the park, to
return the facilities to a clean and orderly condition, to pay the usage fee of
$10.00, and to pay the cost of any repair or damage to the facilities and
equipment. The applicant further agrees
to hold the following organizations and their staff members harmless and
blameless for damages or injury to non-park property or persons using the
facilities:
